fantastic villas!
great structureprovided convenienceoutdated service
especially when you plan a stay for more than a week. it really makes you feel at home. the structure and all the conveniences provided were perfect. i really liked the two-bedroom villa balcony. this hotel is amazing!!!
the television service was very outdated. it offered cable service, and i could not use a streaming service. we expected smart tvs, but the unit seemed very outdated all around. i think there are better options available now.

the villa provided plenty of space. the premises felt secure, which i admired. uber was accessible on short notice. i found the staff to be helpful and pleasant.
i found there to be a lack of sufficient laundry detergent. only enough detergent was provided for one load of laundry. i was advised to purchase additional detergent instead of being provided more by the resort. the hard sell to attend a timeshare sales session was not appreciated.

the villa was very spacious and clean. it seemed like home . the location was close to many orlando attractions. i found uber accessible quickly on short notice.
i had some difficulty getting extra laundry detergent. the staff informed me i needed to purchase it. this was inconvenient during my vacation. i expected more detergent to be provided with the in-unit washer and dryer.

The two-bedroom villa balcony included a well-appointed kitchen. this kitchen had basic cookware plus utensils for preparing meals. i also noticed twin beds in the second bedroom. They were suitable for children.

Our two-bedroom villa balcony was spacious. the resort grounds were well-kept and offered a peaceful atmosphere. the pools were heated. This made swimming enjoyable even on cooler days.
the kitchen lacked some essential utensils, such as dessert plates. we also found no dish towels. the room cleaning service was not provided as often as expected.
